Pre-Sale Associate


 
Description:

Partners with sellers to identify new sales opportunities from previous, existing and new clients. Assists with appointment preparation, Salesforce opportunity pipeline management and lead follow-up to help keep opportunities moving forward with the result of positively impacting sales revenue.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Strategize with sellers weekly to identify and deploy pipeline management actions to keep leads and opportunities moving through the sales pipeline. – 20%
  • Assist with in person and virtual appointment preparation including spec ads, Clip emails, swipes, mapping scenarios and other relevant collateral materials. – 20%
  • Create Call Center target prospect lists with seller direction/gain list approval from sellers before placing in to the call queue - 15%
  • Create Salesforce email campaign target lists with seller direction/strategize with sellers on content. – 15%
  • Prepare mapping scenarios for OPPs. – 15%
  • Assistance with Salesforce account/opportunity updates and entry. – 5%
  • Prepare campaign deadline schedules for complex client campaigns. – 5%
  • Other responsibilities, including contract entry, as needed. – 5%
Requirements:

Education & Knowledge:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce

Experience / Skills / Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work efficiently in a deadline oriented environment
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and written including Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to interact with sellers, leadership, and internal departments in a positive and professional manner

Supervisory Responsibility: NONE

Communication & Contacts: Will communicate regularly with sales team and department leaders. Communication will be verbal and written through Teams, video conferencing and email.
