Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Creator Management Assistant to support our Creator Management team. This role will focus on recruiting and onboarding new TikTok live creators, managing our creator Discord group, answering questions, and fostering the growth of our creator communities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new TikTok live creators.
- Manage our creator Discord group, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for our creators.
- Address creator inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our creator communities.
- Consistently optimize our workflow for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of growth, learning, and collaboration within our team and creator communities.
Qualifications:
- High school’s degree required; preferably within 1-2 years of graduation.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate thoughts logically and clearly.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous experience with TikTok and Discord is a plus, but not required.
