The Role
The Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day support functions within Centralized Operations Service Delivery Structure Load network inventory center.
- Support a team that is responsible for Ordering services with over 200 Off net vendors that supports Lumen’s products.
- Escalate and remove roadblocks with our 3rd party vendors to improve overall delivery cycles.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with vendors to discuss process and interval improvements Plans.
- Work closely with the Customer facing team to address customer site requirements, site access and project plans for large projects.
- Responsible for driving Service Improvements plans to improve policy and processes that impacts our day-to-day activities.
- Manage teams’ performance and provide training to support the changing environment
- Partner with Access planning team to address quoting and redesign that impact 3rd party vendor solution.
- Work closely with IT to drive any system issues that impact automation coding that supports our workflows.
- Work with Customer facing and Access teams on special pricing approvals.
- Partner with Field Operations, Design, and testing teams to resolve complex issues.
- Handle inquiries regarding completion dates and job progress with other departments.
- Primarily performs work duties sitting at a workstation utilizing a computer and telephone for extended periods of time.
- Provide analysis of data used to make staffing and other key decisions.
- Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of Teams metrics.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and perform under strict deadlines.
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed, metrics based work environment.
- Working knowledge of computer software systems, utilizing multiple window screens, e-mail and web based applications.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Broad knowledge/understanding of how provisioning works
- Must have strong communications skills such as probing, asking detailed questions to understand and problem solve to reach resolution.
- Ability to provide efficient, quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Experience with problem solving and utilizing analytical skills to review, correct and resolve record discrepancies.
- May work closely with team members and supervisors or work independently with little supervision as required by the needs of the business.
- Will use telephone and Teams for a long period of time, answering a high volume of calls daily.

- At least six (6) months experience in the last 4 years working in Lumen systems such as Flightdeck, SAO, Core, EFLOW, and EASE.
- 4 year BS degree or 4 Years of Telecom/Technology experience

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
