About the Role
Rapptr Labs is looking for a highly motivated Delivery Manager to join our growing app design and development agency.
In this role, you will work with Clients, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver exceptional experiences and new products and features for our world class clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and will be able to switch modes between assisting engineers to deliver a quality product and being a highly effective communicator with our clients. You have a high level of ownership and find joy in getting things done. You are thorough, detail oriented, proactive, and take pride in your work. This role reports to and works closely with the Director of Delivery Management
This is a full-time, remote, salaried position starting at $55,000-$75,000, flexible work hours, and benefits. Rapptr employees based in the tristate area can also optionally work out of our NYC midtown office. Must be based in the continental United States and able to work on Eastern time.
Responsibilities
- Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
- Work with Product Managers to understand product requirements and create workable tasks for the internal team to complete.
- Manage project budgets and inform decisions to make sure the team stays within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, scrum, demos, and retrospectives
- Work with Designers & Engineers to deliver high quality product and features
- Take deep ownership of the clients and projects you are responsible for
- Ensuring Rapptr best practices for building products are followed(standard tools, standard process) across all disciplines (Engineering, Design, Product, QA).
Key Qualifications
- Strong background in Client Relationship management
- Experience in an Agency or Software development setting
- Experience in running and participating in Agile Ceremonies
- Planning and Managing project timelines and budgets
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Experience in owning and managing product documentation
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously
