Today AutoGlass® is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives located in North Carolina to assist with closing inbound auto glass leads. Your primary responsibility would be to prepare an exact quote for the customer, and then call and/or text them to try and schedule service.
We're a scrappy start-up that's changing the way that auto glass service is delivered. Usually, customers must wait days to get their car window fixed after a break-in, but we're building out a team of technicians from coast to coast that will always be able to get there that same day. Your providing excellent customer service and closing leads is a crucial part of our team's ability to solve a customer's problem consistently faster than any other company.
You'll work five 8-hour shifts per week. Some of those shifts may be in the evenings or on the weekends, but we're pretty flexible and it's pretty easy to switch shift with someone when needed. You'll be guaranteed at least $80 per 8-hour shift, but you'll generally earn between $120-$240 per 8-hour shift.
The job is completely remote, and ideal for a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills. Fast internet and a good laptop are required. All training will be remote and paid.
