Certified HR professional for a small luxury skincare clinic business of 10-15 employees
Job duties:
1. Work from home. Hours are PRN as needed by the company. There are no guaranteed hours. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who wants to work from home or has another job(s).
2. Employee Relations

3. Recordkeeping of employee files like licenses, continuing education, training certifications.
4. Participating in phone calls and meetings, being flexible, sometimes calls are on short notice
5. Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews.
Time Commitment:
2-8 hours per month
Job Requirements:
5 years experience in employee relations
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
