Data Entry Specialist [United States]


 

Social Service Company is seeking a data entry specialist. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with adjusted hours on select days ranging from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or at least one year of work experience
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Document Processing
  • Data Updates
  • Answering phone calls and screening phone calls
  • Processing incoming & outgoing emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 per hour
