DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Social Media team with miscellaneous department needs including but not limited to the following:
- General inventory upkeep
- General digital asset organizing
- General data entry and collecting
- General administrative office duties specific to the social media team
- Assist in creating engaging content
- Posting pre-scheduled content across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc. for multiple brands / accounts daily
- Daily page community engagement: engaging on tagged media / user generated content, responding to comments, answering DM’s
- Assisting in executing care package projects
- Packing out merch bags
- Transporting various marketing materials and equipment to their destinations as needed with personal vehicle (Prescheduled by management, on a case-by-case basis)
- Assisting in market research to find new digital content creators and pages to work with (across various platforms) that align with the brand or per campaign
- Working in collaboration with management to achieve key goals and set KPI’s per campaign and monthly basis with strict deadlines
- Adapting while given multiple tasks and deadlines
- Monitor trends across various social media platforms, memes, pop culture, events, TikTok's, etc
- Keeping an eye out and actively sending the team content that aligns with our brand identity, resonates with our target audience, and could be remade to drive community engagement on our pages.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Creative and innovative personality – always thinking outside of the box
- Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable
- Career driven individual that is eager to learn and develop their skills in a marketing agency setting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in maintaining social media pages
- At least 1 year of cannabis experience is highly preferred
- A reliable car that can be driven for work as needed daily
- State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over
