We are looking for an experienced REAC Inspector to pre-inspect our Project Based Section 8 sites and units.
Qualifications:
- 5+ experience with REAC Inspections.
- Must have general computer skills and documented experience as an inspector.
Responsibility:
- Good communication skills with maintenance and property managers in order to address and correct findings.
- Help property managers and maintenance crew understand the details of the findings.
- Conduct follow up inspections once the maintenance crew and property managers have declared the corrections completed.
- Create a plan of action so properties are maintained in ready condition for upcoming REAC's.
- Propose any ideas to help improve preparation, planning, and execution of REAC inspections.
