PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Workforce Management Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Listen to internal guests inquiries and provide suggestions, training and general assistance with various software platforms.

Collaborate with department leaders providing attendance, refusal and call out tracking.Perform special projects as directed by management.
Discover new best practices to enhance the employee experience while adhering to current labor agreements and department policies.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Workforce Management Specialists and management by preparing labor and payroll reporting.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
