Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment and hiring process within our organization. You will work closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand recruitment needs, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, implementing strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify current and future staffing needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand departmental requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice by developing and maintaining a strong employer brand by assisting in the development of compelling job descriptions, managing the company's careers page, and actively participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Stay current in industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a talent acquisition manager, leading a recruiting team
  • Demonstrated experience in strategizing recruiting initiatives alongside a cohesive recruiting team (actively participating in strategy development and execution, not solely managing the team).
  • Profound understanding of end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Exceptional customer-centric approach, accompanied by a heightened level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Exemplary discernment and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing job posting sites and leveraging professional social media platforms, notably LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a CRM and ATS to streamline and manage the recruitment process effectively.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite in Lehi, UT.
