Job Description:
The Patient Access Scheduling Consultant guides the client and Oracle Health colleagues in identifying and executing the changes required to achieve defined benefits. Using effective consulting skills in meetings and events, the consultant drives the client through design of clinical and business processes, solutions and technology workflows, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. The Patient Access Scheduling Consultant assists in organizational change management, helps clients identify opportunities for improvements, and is accountable for achieving the project’s targeted outcomes.
The Patient Access Consultant will need to be able to work through design / configuration, issue resolution for items identified throughout the testing process. Prior experience with design and build as they relate to WIN32/Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM), but not limited to, the following:
- Issue resolution (both testing and during design phase)
- Appointment type design and configuration, including protocol appointments
- Scheduling flexing types
- Orders to Scheduling design and configuration
- Working knowledge of integration with related solutions such as Registration, Oncology, PowerChart and Radiology
- Data Collection Workbook (DCW) design and population
