Requirements:
- Able to handle back-to-back calls in a VERY busy inbound medical call center, with over 100 calls a day.
- NO JOB HOPPING, 2+ years with past employers to be considered
- Must be a resident of AL, CO, FL, MD, or TX
- Have or be willing to purchase a Windows PC/Laptop, with an Intel i7 or AMD Ryzen 3700 or better CPU, and at least 8gigs of RAM and two screens.
- Have Broadband internet (Cable or Fiber Optic ONLY) with an UPLOAD speed of at least 10mbps
FULL TIME ONLY (not negotiable):
- Mon, Tue, Wed 1:30pm - 10pm EST AND Sat & Sun 11am - 6pm EST
Start Dates are (not negotiable):
- Mon 8/7, 8/14, 8/21, 8/28, 9/25
Pay Rate (not negotiable): $14 an hour + $1 w/call center experience + $1 shift differential + $1 w/Spanish fluency, which IS required at this time. ($17 maximum)
Job Description:
- Cultivate leads via calls, emails, and texts as necessary and assist the patients to schedule an appointment
- Attention to detail is required to successfully manage our software systems and schedule patients correctly
- Able to mentally multi-task, simultaneously actively listening to the caller, navigating our cloud based systems and notating the call
- Provide callers with world class customer service as well as accurate information regarding their chosen surgical procedure(s) and/or cosmetic treatment(s)
- Be comfortable discussing sensitive body parts and procedures, such as vaginal rejuvenation and breast enhancement, and doing simple calculations to provide correct pricing information
- Be a fast learner and able to quickly implement coaching goals for continuous improvement
- Be Tech self-sufficient, able to quickly learn new programs and do basic equipment trouble shooting alone or with guidance

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
