What You Will Do:
Areas of contribution may include, but are not limited to:
- Professionally communicate through phone and email
- Handle a high outbound call volume while navigating multiple systems
- Placing calls to known vendors and insurance companies
- Detailed data entry while reviewing and updating claim information
- Use problem solving and critical thinking to resolve claims efficiently and effectively
- Maintain adaptability, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn
- Contribute to a collaborative, high volume, fast-paced environment
- Meet and exceed expectations through being detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-motivated
What You Can Expect:

Requirements:
- Work authorization in the United States and based in the US
- The selected candidate must successfully complete a background check, conducted in accordance with local law/regulations, before beginning work.
- Candidates must have their own computer/laptop with minimum specs of 8gb RAM, i5 3.0GHz and 256gb SSD (not HHD), Windows 10, dual monitors, headset, high-speed internet, and a webcam
