The Compliance and Operations Associate will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to closely monitor rider compliance with parking regulations in Washington DC. The role will involve reviewing end of ride photos to ensure proper parking compliance of our electric scooters and e-bikes.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing end of ride photos to ensure proper parking compliance of our electric scooters and e-bikes
- Checking the location of the scooter against the required parking guidelines
- Using online systems and tools to verify the accuracy of the parking location
- Communicating with the operations team to report any issues or concerns with the parking location or status of vehicles
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information collected
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Trustworthy and discrete, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Must have reliable access to a computer and internet connection
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Compensation: $15/hr
